Today’s sweet treat is both delicious and beneficial to your health.  It’s clean, natural, low in fat, contains only healthy carbs, and has no refined sugars.

(Makes about 4 ramekins of pudding or 4 fudgesicles.)

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup organic cacao powder

1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar

5 stevia drops

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender.

Blend until combined and smooth.

Either add to ramekins with some coconut flakes sprinkled on top, or pour into your popsicle molds, add to freezer, and enjoy once they’re frozen!
