If you read my “What’s Cookin’ On Healthy Date Night…” entry (if not, read it now!), I’m here on FSS with another report of healthy alternative recipe options for you!  Our most recent Healthy Cuisine Date NightTuscan Farm and Sea!

Did you just begin to sing “Under the Sea” for a second?  Me too 😉 This Heathy Cuisine Night meal was a tasty, juicy, sweet, salty, smooth, crunchy, fabulous variety of flavors and textures!! With simple substitutions like sliced fresh tomatoes instead of processed, sodium packed jarred tomato sauce and my dessert made with avocado and raw cacao instead of high calorie, refined sugars, Healthy Cuisine Night: Tuscan Farm and Sea was another bold venture for the FSS kitchen.  Always one to experiment with flavor/cuisine combos, this one was a delicious Fit Soul and Spice adventure for the taste buds!
