Ohh la la ~ and what a tasty, delectable meal it was!  With simple substitutions like my oil free salad dressing instead of a creamy dressing and my dessert made with bananas and raw cacao instead of refined sugars, Healthy Cuisine Night: French Edition was a healthy, balanced, Fit Soul and Spice hit!
